untitled on Flickr.
One of two final images I was lucky enough to make of Mazda’s legendary 787B 24 Hours of Le Mans winner, shot for Mazda USA’s social channels in 2011. Family and job kept me from making progress. I restarted yesterday with cleaning the cylinder heads. I need to finish this.
All 24 removed. I hate Loctite.
Fix them studs!
I removed the heat exchangers without shearing any studs off. But why are two studs missing? The Allen nuts were in place but I can’t find the studs? WTF?
